Our nursery is a cozy, dedicated space just for infants—complete with safe sleep areas, tummy time, and room to explore as they grow. We focus on nurturing development and encouraging gentle interaction every step of the way.
Our playground was thoughtfully designed with preschoolers in mind, offering plenty of space to run, climb, and play. The soft, synthetic rubber surface helps cushion falls, and our shaded gazebo—complete with fans—keeps playtime cool and comfortable.
At Little People Big Dreams, safety and care come first. Our staff is Red Cross First Aid & CPR certified, and every space—from our cozy nursery to our shaded playground—is designed with your child’s comfort, growth, and well-being in mind.

We are proud participants in the Mississippi Child and Adult Care Food Program. This program is governed by the Mississippi Department of Education and the USDA. We serve all our children breakfast, lunch, and a snack each day. Meals are prepared fresh and hot daily from our onsite kitchen. All kitchen employees are certified in food safety by the Mississippi State Extension Service with Tummy Safe Certifications. Children 12 to 24 months are served whole cows milk twice daily and children 24 months and up are served 1% cows milk. Lactose milk is available for those who need it. Water and juice are rotated with snack. Meals contain a fruit, a vegetable, a meat, and a whole grain.

Our family has been part of the McComb Learning Center for the past three years, and I can honestly say it has been one of the best decisions we've ever made. My sons started at MLC at the ages of 2 and 8 weeks and we have been there for 4 years now! Daycare was a necessity for us but I had no idea how truly loved and cared for they would be each day! They love going to school and love their teachers and that has meant the world to this mama! What is even more impressive is what all they have learned from being at MLC from such a young age. They are incredibly smart and love to learn and gives me so much confidence going into the next phase of big school! I truly can't say enough about this place... I am just so thankful! I will have a newborn in the spring and she will also be going to MLC, so they aren't getting rid of us anytime soon! I highly recommend this daycare to all the mamas out there! If I could give this daycare 1000 stars I definitely would!! When we moved to the Learning Center, I was nervous from past bad experiences with daycares. Mrs. Carmen and her staff welcomed my son with open arms and gave me the reassurance I needed to know he was in a good place. Her and all the staff go above and beyond for the littles. The kids are more than just another kid to them.. They genuinely care and take pride in caring for the kids!
The staff treats the parents with respect. When a staff member brings a concern to a parent's attention.. they do it with sincere intentions, not downing or belittling the parent. They sincerely want what is best for the child and to help them grow!
I can confidently send my child into someone else's care and know he is loved and cared for like he is their own. We are thankful and love all the staff and our McComb Learning Center family!

Since he was about 5-to 6-month-old, I couldn't be happier to trust and have chosen them to look after my child. Dayton loves going to daycare and there has been incredible growth in his social skills, language development, motor skills, and learning since he started attending. The staff is incredibly warm, attentive, nurturing, and an amazing group of ladies. They truly care about each child's well-being and happiness.
The facility is clean and well maintained. The director, Mrs. Carmen, is always looking at ways to improve the facility and make it safer for the children and staff. The curriculum is engaging and developmentally appropriate. There are regular updates and photos receiver through the app, which helps parents stay connected to their children daily.
Mccomb Learning Center I would highly recommend to any family looking for a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for their children!

Kinsley started at McComb Learning Center when she was 15 months old and they have been such a blessing to us! Carman and her staff care of my girl 8 hours a day for 5 day a week and she truly loves being there. They communicate very well with me through their daycare app. They make the holidays and random days fun for the kids also, with special dress days and activities. We will also start sending our baby boy to daycare with Kinsley this fall and I know he'll love being there just as much as her!

We absolutely love McComb Learning Center! From the very beginning, my daughter has felt safe, loved, and excited to go each day. It's such a joy to see her light up when we arrive at check-in. There are many days, she's not even ready to leave when I pick her up! The staff genuinely cares for the children, and it shows. They send pictures regularly, create adorable crafts, and provide a fun, nurturing environment. Carmen, the owner, has made such a special impact not only on my daughter, but on me as well. Leaving your child with strangers for the very 1st time has to be the hardest thing a mother will do. However, the past 4 years at the McComb Learning Center have been wonderful. Leaving your baby in the care of others is an unimaginable task, but necessary for those of us that have working families. As impossible a task it may seem, Mrs. Carmen and her staff at Little People Big Dreams have made it easy for me. It was evident from the time I called to ask about an opening that they care not only for my child but me as a parent. I was offered a time to come in to see her classroom and meet her teacher. I was not offered this opportunity at other daycares in the area. My daughter has been here since she was 3 months old and is now 2. I'm already dreading thinking of her starting kindergarten because of the trusting relationship my daughter and my family have developed with the staff. I truly cannot recommend this facility enough.

As first-time parents, my husband and I were struggling with the decision to place our son in to daycare. We looked into several options in the area but nothing felt right for us. A friend mentioned that her grandson attended McComb Learning Center and seemed to love it. After meeting with Carmen and discussing goals and safety, the choice was clear. They met all of our needs and even a few that we hadn't yet considered. The staff is friendly and the teachers are amazing. Sam learned so much. They fostered his creativity and leaned in to his love for the ABC's. Access to in-house speech and OT through certified therapists was also a huge bonus. Communication is easy whether picking up the phone or using their school-based apps. We loved using Class Dojo to get pictures and updates and message with administration, teachers and parents. The Procare app made drop off and pick up easy and payments a breeze. Sam had so much fun with monthly dress up days and their planned special activities. PJ day was our favorite. He couldn't believe that some days he could go to school in his pajamas! As parents it is so important to have peace of mind that your child is cared for, safe and happy. I can truly say that all of the ladies at MLC have become a second family to both my babies. Being a working mom it is essential to find people you trust to leave your babies with and trust that they will be not only taken care of but encouraged to reach milestones and also taught educational things to prepare them for "big" school and MLC has been that place for us. My little boy has learned so much from his wonderful teachers and my little girl has blossomed so much already in the short time she's been there. I will never be able to thank the ladies at MLC enough for taking care of and loving my babies like their own.
